Ingredients:
1 cup Unjury® Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
2 Tbsp. chocolate instant pudding mix, 15g, sugar-free
2 Tbsp. cocoa powder, 10g
1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 240ml
4 mini graham cracker pie crusts
Optional: ½ Tbsp. mini chocolate chips, sugar-free, 7g
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, mix chocolate protein powder, chocolate pudding mix, cocoa powder, and almond milk (might take some time to thicken).
- Divide the protein pudding mixture among four pie crusts.
- Optional: Top your protein pudding with sugar-free chocolate chips (or choice of milk or dark chocolate).
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
