We are pleased to offer free shipping within the continental United States on orders over $100. We offer standard shipping on orders under $100 for $8.95.
All orders typically ship within 2 business days from when they are received. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method and delivery location.

Typically, orders take 3-5 business days for delivery; however, some orders may arrive later than expected due to carrier delays. For your convenience and satisfaction, we proudly partner with the major shipping companies: USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Once the order is processed, email confirmation with tracking details will be sent to the address on the account. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the carrier.

All products purchased directly from Unjury Protein or through an authorized retailer are guaranteed for quality and label claim up until the listed expiration date.

We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of purchase made directly from All returns require preauthorization.

To initiate the return of a product, please contact our Customer Care team at 800- 517-5111 or email To help us process your return efficiently, please have the order number, the item name, and the reason for return available. We will issue a unique Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, which will authorize the return. Returns received without the RMA number will not be processed. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow 3-5 business days from the time of receipt by our warehouse for processing of the return. Once the refund is issued, an email confirmation will be sent to the address on file for the customer’s account. The financial institution may take up to 5 business days to reflect the credit on the customer’s account.

Missing Shipments

Should your order ship and fail to deliver as indicated by the tracking details, please report missing orders as soon as possible, no later than 7 days from the time of expected delivery date.
