Unjury Protein Mixing Guide
Note that most plant milks except soy have almost no protein. Mix with water for a thinner taste.
Heat to 140 F, not hotter.
UNJURY® Unflavored
- Mix 1 scoop into smoothies, soups, sauces, oatmeal, yogurt, milk, applesauce, or Crystal light – particularly the Fruit Punch, Orange and other Citrus flavors
- Make High-Protein Jell-O***
UNJURY® Chocolate
- Mix 1 scoop with 8 oz milk, soy milk, almond milk*
- Mix 1 scoop in Heated or iced coffee**
- Add 1 scoop to smoothies, yogurt, oatmeal
- Make UNJURY® Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls***
