A patient offered us this recipe. It’s the easiest dessert ever and packed with protein. We tried it and the staff LOVED it!
Step 1: Put one scoop, or two stick packs of UNJURY® Chocolate Classic or Chocolate Splendor in a mug or glass bowl for easy spoon stirring. (21 grams protein)
Step 2: Add 3 tablespoons (1.5 ounces) of water and mix well. It is important to get the amount of water right, then add a little more water if you want a thinner texture.
Step 3: Dip your fruit or eat it with a spoon. You can also try it with a tsp of peanut butter.
It’s ready in seconds and it tastes just like brownie batter or chocolate dip for strawberries, only 1000 times healthier!
