Healthy Spinach Artichoke Dip
Warm, creamy, and guilt-free, this high-protein spinach artichoke dip is a delicious, healthy twist on a classic favorite. Perfect for tailgating, game-day parties, or any occasion, it’s made with Greek yogurt and light cream cheese for a nutritious, crowd-pleasing appetizer.
Ingredients:
1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
½ cup light cream cheese
½ cup chopped spinach (frozen and drained)
¼ cup chopped artichoke hearts
¼ cup shredded part-skim mozzarella
Optional: 1 scoop Unjury Unflavored Whey Protein Powder
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 °F.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cream cheese, spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, and protein powder (if using). Stir well until fully blended.
3. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and spread evenly.
4. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly on top.
