1 scoop Unjury Vanilla Protein Powder (you can also use Unjury Vanilla Ready-To-Drink or Unjury French Vanilla Meal Replacement)

 8 oz. unsweetened almond milk

 ½ tsp. rum extract

½ tsp. vanilla extract

½ tsp. ground nutmeg

Sprinkle of cinnamon


  1. In a shaker cup, combine your choice of Unjury Vanilla Protein (options listed above) with unsweetened almond milk.
  2. Add a touch of rum extract, vanilla extract, and ground nutmeg to the mixture.
  3. Shake the ingredients thoroughly to create a well-blended and flavorful combination.
  4. Pour the mixture into a mug and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
  5. Enjoy!

Recipe tip: For a warm and comforting twist to your eggnog, heat the almond milk first (not exceeding 140° F). Instead of shaking, gently stir or whisk in the Unjury Vanilla Protein Powder, rum extract, vanilla extract, and ground nutmeg
