Chicken Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients:
1 packet or 1 scoop Unjury® Chicken Soup Whey Protein Powder
⅓ cup instant mashed potato flakes
⅓ cup water
½ cup skim milk
Directions:
- Combine water and potato flakes in microwave-safe bowl.
- Heat on high until almost boiling.
- Add milk, stirring with fork until potatoes are smooth.
- Allow to cool until mixture reaches 140° F.
- Mix in Unjury until well combined and consistency is smooth.
For plain mashed potatoes, try with Unjury Unflavored Whey Protein Powder. To reduce calories, substitute water for milk.
