Veggie Dips
  1. Start with 1 cup of these choices below as the base of your veggie dip.
  2. Low Fat Sour Cream
  3. Low Fat Cream Cheese, softened.
  4. Greek Yogurt
  5. Whipped Ricotta
  6. Low Fat Mayo
  7. Whipped Avocado
  8. Plain Hummus
  9. Then add 1 scoop, or 2 stick packs of your favorite savory flavor: French Onion, Beef and Herb, Chicken Soup or Unflavored.  Mix well.
  10. Top with herbs or other seasons to taste.
  11. Use carrots, cucumbers, celery, zucchini, and bell peppers for dipping.  Enjoy.
Salad Dressings
