Try This Delicious Savory Recipe for Lunch!

Here is a delicious protein packed lunch idea that can be either egg salad or deviled eggs. With either recipe you choose, you’ll get 30 grams of protein:

Ingredients Needed:

  • 1 Packet or 1 Scoop UNJURY Unflavored protein powder
  • 6 Hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 Tbsp Fat Free Mayo
  • 1 tsp sweet pickle juice (could use sugar free)
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • Mix everything except the egg whites in a bowl
  • Use a whisk to break down the egg yolks in a separate bowl
  • Add the egg whites after the other ingredients are mixed well
  • Enjoy! You can try the egg salad with a lettuce wrap.

  • Cut the boiled eggs lengthways, removing the egg yolks and putting them in a bowl
