Unjury Strawberry Banana Pops

These Strawberry Banana Protein Popsicles combine the sweet flavor of Unjury® Strawberry Protein with creamy banana pudding mix for a refreshing, guilt-free dessert.
With just a few simple ingredients and a quick prep time, these pops are perfect for a hot afternoon, a light, high-protein dessert, or a backyard BBQ.

Ingredients
2 packets or 2 scoops Unjury Strawberry
2 cups skim milk
1 box (small) JELL-O® instant banana pudding mix (sugar-free, fat-free)
Instructions
1. Measure skim milk and pour it into a bowl.
2. Mix in Unjury powder and stir until well combined. Set aside.
3. In a separate bowl, empty the contents of the pudding mix.
4. Add the Unjury-and-milk mixture into the dry pudding mix, stirring continuously.
5. Stir for about two minutes, or until the texture is smooth.
6. Place six three-ounce paper cups (or popsicle molds) onto a plate.
7. Ladle the mixture evenly into paper cups or molds.
8. Insert a popsicle stick into the center of each.
9. Transfer the plate of popsicles to the freezer for at least four hours, or until solid.
10. Once frozen, peel away the paper cups and enjoy!
