1 scoop Unjury Beef and Herb Protein Powder

3 oz. ground turkey, cooked and drained

3 Tbsp. diced tomatoes (canned, no salt added)

1 Tbsp. chili seasoning mix


1. Add the cooked and drained turkey and tomatoes together in a pot.

2. Bring it to a boil over medium heat.

3. Add chili seasoning and mix.

4. Bring heat to medium-low for about 10 minutes.

5. Once cooled below 140° F, add Unjury protein powder and stir.

6. Enjoy!
