- 2 Packets or 2 Scoops UNJURY® Vanilla
- 2 Tablespoons Canned Pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 1 Box (Small) JELL-O® Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix (sugar-free, fat-free)
- ¼ Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
- ¾ Cup Water
- Empty both the JELL-O dry pudding mix and the pumpkin pie spice into a bowl.
- Blend with a fork. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, measure out water and add UNJURY (1 packet or scoop at a time), and mix together.
- Add the UNJURY-and-water mixture into the dry pudding-and-spice mix.
- Add canned pumpkin to mixture and whisk until well combined.
- Place pudding into small container and chill in the refrigerator.
