8 oz. water
1 scoop or 1 packet Unjury Unflavored Whey Protein Powder
Mio drops (flavor to your liking)
Directions
- Measure 8 oz. of water into a shaker cup.
- Add 1 scoop of unflavored protein powder to the water.
- Shake well until the powder is fully dissolved.
