Ingredients:
1 cup water
½ sugar-free Crystal Light packet (½ to 1 packet based on your flavor preference)
1 scoop or 2 stick packs Unjury Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
1 cup ice
Directions:
1. Combine cold water, Crystal Light powder, and vanilla protein powder in a blender.
2. Blend until the powder is fully dissolved.
3. Add ice to the blender and blend until your desired frosty consistency.
