Ricotta Bake

Ingredients
2 scoops Unjury Unflavored Whey Protein Powder
15 oz. low-fat ricotta cheese
1 jar (24 oz.) unsweetened tomato sauce
2 eggs
Seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic, Italian)
8 oz. mozzarella cheese (part-skim)
1 lb. lean ground beef (optional)
Directions
1. Brown your ground beef, drain, and set aside.
2. In a separate bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 2 eggs, 2 scoops Unjury Unflavored, 4 oz. mozzarella.
3. Layer your ingredients (beef, ricotta, tomato sauce) into 8, 4-oz ramekins.
4. Top with the rest of the mozzarella cheese
5. Place ramekins on a baking sheet and bake at 375 °F for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is slightly brown on top.
6. Enjoy or freeze for later.
