Oatmeal (High Protein, High Calorie)
Ingredients:
1 packet or 1 scoop Unjury® Vanilla Protein Powder
1 package Quaker Instant Oatmeal
⅔ cup whole milk
Directions:
- Empty 1 packet of instant oats into a microwave-safe bowl.
- Add ⅔ cup milk and stir.
- Heat in microwave 1-2 minutes or until cereal begins to thicken.
- Carefully remove from microwave and allow to cool for 30 seconds (∼140° F).
- Stir in 1 scoop or packet of protein powder.
