Oatmeal Banana Bars

Try creating our Banana-Peanut Butter Protein Bar recipe featuring the versatile Unjury® Vanilla Whey Protein Powder. Packed with wholesome ingredients, these bars are not only satisfying but also easy to make.



  1. Preheat oven to 325º F.
  2. Mash bananas in small bowl.
  3. Stir in peanut butter until smooth. Set aside.
  4. In separate bowl, combine Unjury protein powder and oats. Stir with fork.
  5. Mix dry ingredients (Unjury protein and oats) into banana-and-peanut butter mixture.
  6. Add in water and stir until well combined.
  7. Coat 8-inch square baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  8. Pour batter into baking dish.
  9. Bake for 25 minutes.
  10. Allow to cool.
  11. Cut into 6 bars; store in an air-tight container, or wrap in plastic wrap.
Recipe tip: Substitute applesauce for bananas if desired. For added flavor, sprinkle cinnamon on top of baked bars. Refrigeration will not affect taste but will change appearance and cause bananas to darken.
