Ingredients
2 packets or 2 scoops Unjury Chocolate Protein Powder¼ cup peanut butter (smooth, reduced-fat)
¼ cup margarine spread (fat-free)
Directions
1. Pour Unjury protein powder into a bowl. Set aside.2. In a small saucepan, melt peanut butter and margarine on low heat until softened.
3. Remove from heat, mix well, and let cool for two minutes.
4. Combine saucepan contents with protein powder, stirring until blended.
5. Transfer the mixture to a nine-inch square container and refrigerate for one hour.
6. Slice the fudge into nine equal squares and serve!
