Ingredients:
2 packets or 2 scoops Unjury Chocolate Protein Powder
¼ cup peanut butter (smooth, reduced-fat)
¼ cup margarine spread (fat-free)
Directions:
- Pour Unjury protein powder into a bowl. Set aside.
- In a small saucepan, melt peanut butter and margarine on low heat until softened.
- Remove from heat, mix well, and let cool for two minutes.
- Combine saucepan contents with protein powder, stirring until blended.
- Transfer the mixture to a nine-inch square container and refrigerate for one hour.
