Berry Full of Protein Pops

Whether you're post-op bariatric surgery or on a health journey, these high-protein popsicles make for an easy protein snack or dessert. This unique protein powder recipe will inspire you to explore creative ways to delight your taste buds while supporting your daily protein intake.
Ingredients:
1 cup water1 box (small) sugar-free lemon Jell-O
2 packets or 2 scoops Unjury Unflavored Whey Protein Powder
1 cup V8 V-Fusion Acai Mixed Berry Juice
Instructions:
- Boil water in a pot.
- Add Jell-O mix and stir until dissolved. Set aside to cool.
- In a bowl, combine V8 juice and Unjury protein (1 packet or scoop at a time), stirring until well mixed.
- Once the Jell-O has cooled to 140° F or below, add the juice and Unjury protein mixture to the pot. Mix all together until well combined.
- Place six 3-ounce paper cups onto a plate (can use popsicle molds).
- Ladle the final mixture evenly into the paper cups or popsicle molds.
- Place a popsicle stick in the center of each cup or mold.
- Put the plate of popsicles into the freezer. Let freeze for 4 hours.
- Once the popsicles have frozen, peel away the paper cup.
- Enjoy!
