  • 2 packets or 2 scoops Unjury Vanilla High Whey Protein Powder
  • ⅓ cup Quaker® Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • ⅛ small apple (raw, with skin, chopped)
  • ⅛ tsp. cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp. maple extract
  • 2 Tbsp. water


  1. Preheat oven to 325º F.
  2. Mix Unjury protein powder with oats in bowl. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the applesauce, peanut butter, chopped apples, cinnamon, and maple extract.
  4. Mix dry ingredients (Unjuryand oats) into applesauce and peanut butter mixture.
  5. Add water and stir until well combined.
  6. Coat 6 muffin cups with non-stick cooking spray or use muffin liners in a muffin pan.
  7. Pour batter into each muffin cup.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes.
  9. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
  10. Store in airtight container or foil.
