UNJURY® Vanilla is high quality whey protein that tastes great! We now use sucralose for some of the sweetening. It’s great in milk, and super for making smoothies! You can also mix UNJURY Vanilla in orange beverages to get a dreamsicle-creamsicle taste.
One packet of UNJURY® (before you add it to the beverage) provides 21 grams of high quality protein -- as much as 3 eggs or 3 ounces of cooked beef or chicken -- without high fat or cholesterol.

* For all UNJURY® flavors, do not use in liquids hotter than 140º F. Proteins, when heated, change texture. For example, you have seen an egg white go from a clear gel, to firm white, when cooked. For UNJURY®, in a hot liquid, the proteins tend to clump. A food thermometer is a good way to get the temperature nicely warm...just right.

I love the taste and texture of this powder. However I would like it a bit more intense in flavor. It could possibly be my adding ice to the frappe, but it has a mild flavor.

I love the Unjury protein powders because of the amazing taste and quality. It has the perfect balance of nutrients geared towards bariatric surgical patients, people trying to lose weight or people trying to maintain their weight. I highly recommend this and recommend to be creative with it! There are so many great things you can make! I recommend 1 scoop vanilla unjury, 1/2 c. skim milk, 4-6 ice cubes, 1 tbsp. peanut butter for a great high protein breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack. It tastes like an absolute dream!

UNJURY® Protein is by far the best available. My dietitian taught me to make sure that the protein I used was Whey Protein ISOLATE and not concentrate. Just about the time I think I've found a bargain, reading the fine print always reveals whey protein concentrate or soy protein concentrate instead of the best quality isolate. Give up bargain shopping and just come to UJURY to save a lot of time. Here is a wonderful tip. Use any of the vanilla, unflavored, or chocolate UNJURY® flavors with a couple of pumps (2 Tbsp.) of sugar-free syrups that are used in espresso stands, mixed with milk or CL flavored drink mixes, as desired. They have every kind of DaVinci®, Torani®, & Monin® sugar-free syrups imaginable! Wait for a sale and stock up on flavors! One bottle seems to last forever. With these syrups, you will never get bored with limited flavors. Example: UNJURY® vanilla, 1 c. skim or lite soy milk, 2 pumps DaVinci® Irish Creme Sugar Free Syrup. In the winter I microwave this for 1 minute to just warm it up a bit. Delicious. Now, get creative and come up with zillions of your own combinations!
