Try This Delicious, Savory Egg Salad Recipe for Lunch!

Here is a delicious protein packed lunch idea that can be either egg salad or deviled eggs. With either recipe you choose, you’ll get 30 grams of protein:

Ingredients Needed:

  • 1 Scoop UNJURY Unflavored protein powder (2 stick packs)
  • 6 Hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 Tbsp Fat Free Mayo
  • 1 tsp sweet pickle juice (could use sugar free)
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • Optional: ¼ cup chopped onions, celery
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  1. Mix everything except the egg whites in a bowl
  2. Use a whisk to break down the egg yolks in a separate bowl
  3. Add the egg whites after the other ingredients are mixed well
  4. Enjoy! You can try the egg salad in a lettuce wrap.

  1. Cut the boiled eggs lengthways, removing the egg yolks and putting them in a bowl

  4. Enjoy!
