Try This Delicious, Savory Egg Salad Recipe for Lunch!
Here is a delicious protein packed lunch idea that can be either egg salad or deviled eggs. With either recipe you choose, you’ll get 30 grams of protein:
Ingredients Needed:
- 1 Scoop UNJURY Unflavored protein powder (2 stick packs)
- 6 Hard-boiled eggs
- 1 Tbsp Fat Free Mayo
- 1 tsp sweet pickle juice (could use sugar free)
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- Optional: ¼ cup chopped onions, celery
- Salt and Pepper to taste

- Mix everything except the egg whites in a bowl
- Use a whisk to break down the egg yolks in a separate bowl
- Add the egg whites after the other ingredients are mixed well
- Enjoy! You can try the egg salad in a lettuce wrap.

- Cut the boiled eggs lengthways, removing the egg yolks and putting them in a bowl
