Snack This, Not That
First, thank you for telling others about UNJURY®!
We all snack. And that was before COVID. Snacking isn’t always bad, but what you choose to snack on is important.
Key Messages:
- Protein Satisfies Hunger Better
- Whey Protein is particularly satisfying
- UNJURY is the best tasting protein, partially because it uses the highest quality whey protein
- UNJURY can help you manage your weight by crowding out snacks that can cause weight gain.
TIP: Some snacks don’t have a lot of calories in one serving, but it’s hard to have only one serving.
Example: one brand of Fat Free Saltine Crackers tells you that one serving is only 60 calories, but one serving is only 5 crackers! We might start out planning to eat 5 crackers, but we all know how easy it is to keep going. So, if you have a sleeve, that’s 420 calories.
TIP: never hold the whole box or the whole bag or the whole pint; set aside your serving before you start and put the rest away in the pantry.
Independent academic research1 has shown that protein satisfies more and longer and increasing the share of your calories from protein -- even though you get the same total calories -- can actually help you lose weight!
A serving of UNJURY is a great alternative to snacks that can cause weight gain, and UNJURY can actually help you LOSE weight.
Plan ahead. Pre-mix UNJURY ahead of time for an easy grab-and-go option. For more great options, bring along our Ready-to-Drink shakes or protein bars.
