As you might know, UNJURY® Protein is hosting online support groups for patients every Wednesday Evening at 7:00 PM EDT. Please share this with your patients.
Don’t miss Mary Litchford, PhD, RDN, LDN as she shares her expertise on Bariatric Nutrition!
She will talk about common issues for bariatric patients and the role of vitamins and minerals in both causing and solving those issues.
This meeting will take place in our friendly online support group environment which patients say they love! They get the support they need and get to ask questions and chat with the panelists throughout the session!
Patients will learn more about frequent deficiencies and the importance of taking vitamins as part of their long-term care.

Dr. Mary Litchford, PhD, RDN, LDN, globally recognized nutrition expert, will be addressing some common issues associated with vitamin deficiencies in bariatric patients.
Dr. Litchford serves as Clinical Nutrition Advisor for UNJURY® Protein and OPURITY® Vitamins and focuses on nutrient requirements following bariatric surgery. She authored chapters “Biochemical, Physical, and FunctionalNutritionAssessment” in Krause’s Food & Nutrition Care Process, 2020 and “Drug-Nutrition Interactions” in Integrative & Functional Medical Nutrition Therapy, 2020. She received the Excellence in Consultation & Business Practice Award from the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics for her contributions to translating nutrition science into real world applications for patients.
