Hi, I’m Emily.

I have worked for UNJURY® for 5 years, and even though it feels weird to say, I am also an UNJURY® success story.

We tell patients every day about the power of UNJURY®, but now I have the personal experience to say, UNJURY® truly changes people’s lives – including mine.

Here is my story…

A couple of years ago, I started noticing some unwanted weight gain, which only got worse during Covid.  I opted to order out instead of preparing meals at home, and watched the scale continue to go up.  I had some personal stress which wasn’t helping, and felt really down in general.

After I got engaged, and more importantly, because I just didn’t feel like myself anymore, I decided to make a few changes.

I knew that the UNJURY® Meal Replacements were good for me, and since I didn’t always feel like cooking, I just started using those to get more nutrition and do what was easy for me.

Eventually, I developed a routine of doing 2 shakes a day, then started using a meal delivery service to get one more healthy meal for dinner.  Occasionally I would include a snack, like Greek yogurt and fresh fruit.  My routine changed a little bit on the weekends depending on what I was doing with friends and family, but I would still try to get in at least one UNJURY® Meal Replacement a day. I also worked with my doctor to adjust the medications that were contributing to weight gain, which was very important.

Over the course of 10 months, I have lost 50 lbs. and it feels amazing! I actually feel so much more like myself again.  I enjoy taking pictures with my new husband, while taking walks with our dog to get more exercise. 

I am still doing a daily protein shake, which is making it easier for me to maintain the weight loss.
