We can do this together.
The March for Me Challenge has been a wonderful reminder for many bariatric patients that healthy change is possible, and it is never too late to start or re-start their journey.
So many participants are telling us, that this is just what they needed, and they have finally found their groove again. Working towards a common goal, surrounded by supporters, is not only rewarding but it’s fun.
The Challenge is:
- Get 30 grams of protein, 3 times each day
- Work on an exercise goal of your choice
Listen to what we are hearing from participants:
“The March 30-30-30 has been a life saver for me. I am actually enjoying the challenge. I think I forgot that protein is key to my success. I am 9 years out from my RNY and I had fallen back into some bad habits. Thanks for this challenge. I needed a push and this was what I needed.”
“The last 4 years I have had a lot of regain. This really, finally has me back on track. Very thankful for this challenge. I am run/walking/jogging again. I had picked up the bad habit of diet soda so i was constantly bloated. I have given it up once again and i am really starting to feel good. We got this!!!”
“March 30-30-30 is the push I needed to restart. I am feeling better already.”
“Many of us are in the same boat. I’m grateful for the opportunity to participate in this challenge. This reminds us of our purposes and our journeys.”
We are inspired by all of you! Keep up the great work and remember:
High quality protein + Exercise = Lifelong Success
You can still participate in the March for Me Challenge on your own even though registration has ended. Each day work towards these two goals:
- 30 grams of High Quality UNJURY Protein three times throughout the day and
- an exercise goal of your choice.
