Today’s the day – it’s the Walk from Obesity and Team UNJURY Cares is 100+ strong. Even if you’re not officially joining us for the Walk from Obesity, here are three ways to make the most of your walk, any day:
- Walk with a friend – virtually or in person. You can post on UNJURY Cares, bring a friend with you via Facetime or Zoom, or invite a friend along the way. When you have a partner in your journey, it’ll help make the steps easier.
- Get your protein in. The prime time to get your protein in is 30 minutes to 1 hour after your walk. This is how your muscles will recover and build thanks to UNJURY® Protein.
- Hydrate – make sure you hydrate before, during, and after your walk. Your body will thank you!
