1. Are the rumors true about the sightings of you with the Kardashians?
Some folks noticed I was trying on some new outfits that were inspired by Khloe and then Kourtney and I were spotted selecting some quality produce and so the rumors start. We happen to live near each other so of course we are going to be seen together at times.
Also, everyone knows the Kardashians are big on high protein breakfasts, so I shared a few tips on making shakes that taste good enough to drink every day.
2. What One Skill Makes You the Most Qualified for This Position?
All things nutrition. I don’t follow fads or trends -- I stick to sharing what’s tried and true and what medical research says work
3. Are You a Morning Person or a Night Owl?
Definitely morning. I like to get up and go! I start my day with an early hike or a nutritious breakfast, homemade of course
4. Do You Have a Hidden Talent?
Remember numbers. I am a pro at remembering random numbers and facts, like how’s there 27 grams of protein in a single scoop of UNJURY meal replacement.
5. To Date, What Professional Achievement Are You Most Proud of?
I would say I’m pretty proud of educating folks on the value of a scoop of UNJURY protein.
6. Can You Tell Me About a Time When You Overcame a Challenge?
I struggled with my weight for most of my life for several reasons and I didn’t always feel this good about myself. This kept me from enjoying some activities, such as socializing. It wasn’t until when I met someone who had similar challenges to me that I learned what I needed to do and how to do it. I learned that weight management is not a destination but a lifelong journey. It hasn’t been an easy journey, but I can tell you it’s worth the work. Now, each day, I am proud of what I have been able to accomplish and I’m proud to maintain it.
7. What Do You Like to Do Outside of Work?
I like spending my time outdoors, getting as much fresh air and activity in as I can. When I’m not hiking or biking, I’m lifting weights and singing with my pal the Rock. Inside, you can find me in the kitchen whipping up my next tasty and healthy meal or reading up on the latest nutritional news.
