What: Choose one new activity each day for 30 days. Don’t worry, they are easy, and we’ll give you a whole list of ideas. There is something for everyone, and you can even make up your own new activities.

*ASMBS Walk from Obesity is Nov. 5th, 2022. This walk counts as one of your activities for the month.

Where: Wherever you are. Most activities can be done in the comfort of your own home.
