In 30 days, you can learn 30 new ways to focus on your TOTAL health and wellbeing. Each day, you choose an easy new activity from the areas of Nutrition, Exercise, Mental Health, Mindset, Support and Self Care.

When: Starting September 1st, choose one new activity to try each day. Don’t worry, they are easy. The goal is for you to focus on one area of your health each day by trying something new. There is something for everyone, and you can even make up your own new activities.
Where: Wherever you are. Most activities can be done in the comfort of your own home.
