1 packet plain instant oatmeal
⅔ cup skim milk
1 packet or 1 scoop Unjury Unflavored Whey Protein Powder


  1. Empty one packet of instant oatmeal into a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Mix in ⅔ cup milk and stir. Heat in the microwave for one to two minutes, or until the cereal begins to thicken.
  3. Carefully remove from the microwave and allow the oatmeal to cool until it reaches 140° F.
