OPURITY Vitamin D is an ultra-high quality Vitamin D in the preferred D3 (cholecalciferol) form. The small tablet can be chewed or swallowed and has with a pleasant tropical orange taste. One tablet contains 125mcg of Vitamin D (in the preferred form, Vitamin D3, cholecalciferol).
