These vitamins were recommended from the hospital during my preparation for gastric bypass surgery 4 years ago and I’ve used them faithfully since then. I usually have got the iron included but this is good too

Multivitamin

When I first had my surgery, I was told to take all sorts of supplements and I don’t enjoys taking pills. I found these multivites and take two a day and eliminated all the others. I’m 7 years out from surgery and my blood tests are perfect.
