Cinna-Banana Nut
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop Unjury French Vanilla Protein-Centric
- 1/2 cup liquid (water, milk, or milk alternative)
- ½ banana sliced
- 1 tsp chopped nuts of choice
Very Berry
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop Unjury French Vanilla Protein-Centric
- 1/2 cup liquid (water, milk, or milk alternative)
- ½ cup berries
- 1 tsp sugar free chocolate chips
Chocolate Peanut Butter & Jelly
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop Unjury Artisan Chocolate
- 1/2 cup liquid (water, milk, or milk alternative)
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. PB2 powder
- 1 Tbsp. sugar free jam
Instructions:
- Mix ½ cup of liquid with 1 scoop Unjury Protein Meal Replacement Flavor in a cup or small bowl.
- Add ½ cup rolled oats and mix well.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Add final toppings when you are ready to eat.
