Bariatric patient advocate and Unjury fan, Shira, shares some recipes she created with Unjury protein.
They are both easy and delicious! Enjoy!
Protein Pancakes and Waffles
- 1 scoop protein powder (any flavor)
- 1 large egg (or 20g egg whites)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- About 3 Tbsp. water (to desired consistency)
For waffles—spray the waffle maker with non-stick spray or use shredded mozzarella to coat the waffle maker bottom.
Mix it all up and pour it into a pan or waffle maker until cooked.
Birthday Cake Pudding
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop Vanilla Unjury Protein
- 1 Tbsp. of sugar-free rainbow sprinkles
Mix everything together and enjoy!
Onion Dip
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop Chicken Soup Flavor Unjury Protein
- 1 sautéed onion, cooled
Mix together Greek yogurt and a scoop of Unjury Chicken Soup. Sauté an onion separately, let cool, then add to the mix. Enjoy!
Root Beer Float
- 1/2 cup of Cool Whip
- 1 scoop Vanilla Unjury Protein
- 2-4 drops root beer extract
Mix together Cool Whip, extract, and protein. Chill for 30 minutes and enjoy!
