Try Shira’s 4 Easy Recipes! Waffles
Bariatric Patient Advocate and UNJURY Fan Shira joined us recently on an UNJURY Cares Support Group to share some recipes she created with UNJURY® Protein.
They are both easy and delicious! Enjoy!
Bonjoy Pancakes and Waffles
- 1 Scoop Bonjoy(TM) Protein Powder - Any Flavor
- 3 oz of water
- 1 large egg
For waffles - spray the waffle maker with non-stick spray or use shredded mozzarella to coat the waffle maker bottom.
Mix it all up and pour it into a pan or waffle maker until cooked. Bonjoy!
Birthday Cake Pudding
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop Vanilla UNJURY Protein
- 1 tbsp of SF rainbow sprinkles
Mix everything together and enjoy!
Onion Dip
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop Chicken Soup Flavor UNJURY Protein
- 1 sautéed onion, cooled
Mix together Greek yogurt and scoop of UNJURY chicken soup. Sauté an onion separately, let cool, then add to the mix. Enjoy!
Root Beer Float
- 1/2 cup of cool whip
- 1 scoop of Root Beer UNJURY Protein
Mix together cool whip and Root Beer UNJURY Protein. Chill for 30 minutes and enjoy!
