- 1 Packet or 1 Scoop UNJURY® Unflavored
- 1 Cup Heinz® Home Style Brown Gravy
- ¼ Cup Water
Instructions
- Measure gravy and pour into a microwave-safe bowl.
- Place in microwave and heat until gravy reaches 140° F.
- Separately, mix UNJURY into the water, stirring until well incorporated.
- Combine gravy with UNJURY-and-water mixture until blended.

Chicken Mashed Potatoes
Recipe Instructions
Ingredients
- 1 Packet or 1 Scoop UNJURY® Chicken Soup Flavor
- ⅓ Cup Instant Mashed Potato Flakes
- ⅓ Cup Water
- ½ Cup Skim Milk
Instructions
- Combine water and potato flakes in microwave-safe bowl.
- Heat on high until almost boiling.
- Add milk, stirring with fork until potatoes are smooth.
- Allow to cool until mixture reaches 140° F.
- Mix in UNJURY until well combined and consistency is smooth.
For plain mashed potatoes, try with UNJURY Unflavored. To reduce calories, substitute water for milk.

Green Bean Casserole
Recipe Instructions
Ingredients
- 3 Packets or 3 Scoops UNJURY® Unflavored
- 1 Cup Skim Milk
- 4 Cups or 2 Cans (14–16 oz each) Green Beans (drained, no salt added)
- 1 Can Campbells® Cream of Mushroom Soup (98% fat free)
- 1 ½ Cups French’s® Original French Fried Onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350º F.
- Gradually mix UNJURY with milk (adding one packet or scoop at a time) until well combined.
- Empty the green beans, soup, onions and UNJURY-and-milk mixture into a bowl. Stir until well incorporated.
- Line a muffin pan (enough for 12 servings) with cupcake liners or parchment paper.
- Ladle or spoon green bean mixture equally into each paper cup.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
For plain mashed potatoes, try with UNJURY Unflavored. To reduce calories, substitute water for milk.

- Measure out exactly 3.5 oz of water
