The holidays are here, and what better way to celebrate a season of cheer than with delicious protein dessert recipes!

You can have a healthy and delicious holiday meal by including some of these protein-packed seasonal desserts.

Chocolate Peppermint Protein Bark

Ingredients

  • 6 candy canes
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop Unjury Chocolate Whey Protein Powder

Instructions

  1. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Place candy canes in a bag and crush them into small pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt and one scoop of protein powder.
  4. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly across the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle the crushed candy canes over the top.
  6. Freeze for two to four hours or until the mixture is solid.
  7. Once frozen, break into pieces or cut into squares using a knife.
  8. Store in the freezer until you’re ready to enjoy!

  • 8 servings per sheet pan: 1 serving=77 calories, 7 grams of protein, 12 grams of carbohydrates, 0.26 grams of fat

Pumpkin Custard

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 pack sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 scoop Unjury® Vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin spice
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. sugar substitute
  • 1 cup cold skim milk

Instructions

  1. Combine pumpkin puree, pudding mix, protein powder and spices.
  2. Add milk gradually until desired thickness.
  3. Chill. Add sugar-free Cool Whip topping.
  4. ½ the recipe = 1 serving

Unjury Eggnog

Ingredients

  • 1 packet of Unjury French Vanilla Meal Replacement
  • 8 oz. water
  • ½ tsp. of vanilla extract
  • ½ to 1 tsp. of rum extract (to taste)
  • 1 tsp. fresh ground nutmeg
  • Dash of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix Unjury French Vanilla Meal Replacement with 8-10 ounces of cold water.
  2. Add rum and vanilla extract.
  3. Thoroughly mix.
  4. Top with nutmeg and cinnamon.
  5. Stir and enjoy.

8 oz.=1 serving, 210 calories, 26 grams of protein, 11 grams of carbohydrate, 5 grams of fat

Banana Pudding

 

 

  • 2 packets or 2 scoops Unjury Vanilla
  • 1 package JELL-O® sugar-free instant banana pudding mix
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Cool Whip topping
  • Sprinkle cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Add 2 scoops of Unjury Vanilla to the 2 cups of skim milk. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Add the dry pudding mix to the milk and Unjury mixture.
  3. Mix well, then chill.
  4. Add the whipped topping and a sprinkle of cinnamon!
